Returns Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
Please note that unless your item is faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service and obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact our customer service team to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Items that are worn or damaged.
- Items not in their original condition or missing tags.
- Items that are not in their original packaging.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.
Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
